We have been seeing Xiaomi a little more now. With the advances they’ve made towards the Indian market is certainly a hint that they are looking for a potent base in the country, an instance of which is manufacturing units here as well.
After witnessing the extraordinary success of its Mi5 series, which, by all means was a phone worth all that you have paid for it. Xiaomi is all set to launch its next flagship Mi6 in India on September, 2017.
This much awaited phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chop with a 4/6 GB ram and 32/64/128 GB internal storage and this in itself boast of a lot. The specifications are the benchmarks that hold significance and the ones for this phone is refreshing. The AnTuTu’s benchmark score for this phone is said to cross the 2,00,000 figure.
In addition to this, Mi6 has a 12 Mp rear camera that comes with a face detection autofocus ,dual led flash and a 8 Mp secondary camera. MI has always shown innovation when it comes to cameras and MI6 is no different.
Xiaomi Mi6 runs on Android 7.1.1 has a non-removable 3200 mAh battery, is available in Silver/gold/ rose gold colours.
Undoubtedly Xiaomi Mi6 is going to set a new benchmark and tends to give a tough competition to all other existing brands.
With a 32000 mAh battery, you are sure of steering your day through without needing a charging assistance. It will be interesting to see how this battery fares in the long run.
The MI 6 Plus is also an interesting choice. It comes with a 5’7 inch screen which is way bigger than the basic 5’15 inch for Mi6. It also comes with a 4500 mAh battery which is a great choice for people working outdoors for longer duration of time. Also, a 19MP camera makes clicking affairs easier. With the game changing with price, MI6 stands out a more handy version of a phone with a better handling size. MI6 wins the race of OS as it runs on Nougat rather than marshmallow on which MI 6 Plus runs.
The smartphone boasts of features that makes it no less than the much popular Apple iPhone 7. With the wide price gap already hitting the ball out of the park and bringing Mi6 into the game, Specs like fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass and a barometer are common in both the phones, but if we talk about about the RAM ,display, camera and battery, Xiaomi Mi6 is much better, It has 5.15 inch display in comparison to 4.7 inch, a 4/6 GB RAM to 2 GB of RAM, a non removable battery of 3200 mAh in comparison to 1960 mAh battery of iphone 7.
The idea of designing and developing phones that can actually counter high end phones from other brands at comparatively lower costs make the day for MI6. With comparison from other high end phones like Samsung Galaxy S8, though the specifications are on a slight higher end, the price range makes it all even.
With other phones like One Plus 4 also raring to get to the market, it will be interesting to see what the audience decides for the future of MI series. But certainly, Mi6 is going to make a game changing entry in the 4G smartphone world and will surely “Accelarate your life” as it promises. Stay tuned.
